Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the A+ category Modern Trade segment.- Lead and manage a team of 5+ Key Account Executives stationed across various regions in India.
Provide guidance, training, and support to the Key Account Executives to ensure they meet sales targets and company objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Create comprehensive account plans for key clients, detailing strategies for relationship management, sales growth, and profitability.- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling .
Work closely with the marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of account strategies.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of products and services to key accounts .
Familiarity with MT terms like Visibility/Shelf Life/ End caps/ Share of shelf space/ Mark Up and Down Margin necessary.
