# Key Account Manager

## Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Key Account Manager to join our export sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with our most valuable clients, developing account growth strategies, and maximising revenue opportunities across our key accounts.

## Key Responsibilities

- Manage and nurture relationships with existing key clients across all export territories (MENA, LatAm, APAC)

- Develop and implement account-specific growth strategies to increase revenue and market share

- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts

- Handle contract renewals and renegotiations, ensuring favourable terms for both parties

- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated issues and concerns from key clients

- Collaborate closely with the Customer Relationship Manager on client retention strategies

- Work with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded

- Conduct regular account reviews and business planning sessions with clients

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities that may impact key accounts

- Provide regular reports on account performance, growth projections, and strategic initiatives

## Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or related field; MBA is a plus

- 3+ years of experience in account management or strategic sales roles, preferably in an international context

- Proven track record of growing and retaining major accounts in B2B environments

- Strong understanding of global business practices and cross-cultural communication

- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills

- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools

- Outstanding presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal

- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages relevant to our key markets is highly desirable
