JOB SUMMARY:
Paycraft Solutions, a leading player in the payment processing sector, is seeking two experienced Key Account Managers to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in the payment processing industry, looking to leverage their expertise in managing key accounts and driving substantial business growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with major accounts in the payment processing industry.
2. Manage and oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing of deals.
3. Deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients with clarity and effectiveness.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve client requirements and deliver solutions tailored to client needs.
5. Ensure client satisfaction through continuous performance evaluation and service improvement strategies.
6. Meet and exceed performance targets related to revenue growth, account management, and client satisfaction.
7. Regularly travel to client locations, primarily in Belapur, to ensure direct engagement and service delivery.
8. Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities to develop effective counter strategies.
CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:
8 to 12 years of experience in the payment processing industry, ideally from companies like M2P, FSS Global, BharatPe, etc.
Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts and maintaining client relationship.
Strong communication, convincing and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel regularly to Belapur.
Based in or willing to relocate to Navi Mumbai
