Key Account- AM. will be responsible for
Managing the customer lifecycle from on boarding to renewal and developing long-term relationships with our clients. This role will focuson ensuring customer satisfaction and driving adoption and usage ofour products.
Responsibilities:
Developing and executing customer success plans for assigned accounts Monitoring customer usage and adoption of our products
Proactively engaging customers to ensure they are receiving maximum value from our solutions
Developing and executing strategies to increase customer retention Identifying customer needs and upselling opportunities
Working closely with the sales team to provide product feedback and customer insights
Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner
Developing relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction tracking and reporting customer success metrics Requirements.
At least 3 years of customer success experience in Account management.
Outstanding customer service skills Ability to listen, earn trust, and consult with clients
Ability to effectively manage time to maximize results
