Job Description

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Strategic End Users in the India to achieve revenue targets.

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external End Users, Channel partners, Technology partners and A&Es.

- Identify new target verticals, create create scalable appropriate solutions and drive new pipeline into those areas.

- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the unique dynamics, market maturity, and market penetration levels in each territory, adapting sales strategies accordingly.

- Provide valuable market feedback and insights to the product development team to ensure product alignment with market needs.

- Work in close collaboration with the local Channel teams, global vertical team and Director of sales to ensure alignment with the Sub regional & organisational needs.

- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity across the region.

- Conduct regular training and enablement programs for channel partners to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.

*Qualifications:*

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Proven track record of success in software sales, particularly with direct End User engagement experience

- Extensive experience in the Indian market, with a deep understanding of the cultural nuances of Indias diverse region.

- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

- Demonstrated ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, global organization.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the territory as needed.

- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages relevant to the region is a plus.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Growth of new business in Mumbai or Delhi
  • Proactively drive engagement programs
  • Creating solutions for various vertical segments
  • Curate the best solution for the various market and execute those plans
  • Identify and manager bid-implement process cycle for key accounts and projects.

Professional Qualifications:

  • An degree or operating at this level
  • 10+ years experience in business development, channel management or key account management with a proven success record
  • Experience with IT, security and/or video surveillance is expected
  • Speaking and written fluency in English is a requirement, and additional Mumbai or Delhi languages a plus

Personal Skills:

  • A keen business acumen is important, with a high level of understanding of technology, solution-selling and account management required.
  • A team player with a self-driven passion to succeed and the ability to articulate and present effectively.
  • The ability to think out of the box is also a key trait.
