- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Strategic End Users in the India to achieve revenue targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external End Users, Channel partners, Technology partners and A&Es.
- Identify new target verticals, create create scalable appropriate solutions and drive new pipeline into those areas.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the unique dynamics, market maturity, and market penetration levels in each territory, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
- Provide valuable market feedback and insights to the product development team to ensure product alignment with market needs.
- Work in close collaboration with the local Channel teams, global vertical team and Director of sales to ensure alignment with the Sub regional & organisational needs.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity across the region.
- Conduct regular training and enablement programs for channel partners to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in software sales, particularly with direct End User engagement experience
- Extensive experience in the Indian market, with a deep understanding of the cultural nuances of Indias diverse region.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, global organization.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the territory as needed.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages relevant to the region is a plus.
