Job Description

To lead, plan and manage all operational/sales activities associated with recruitment service handling in line with our procedures, policies and brand values.

Job Responsibilities

  • Full responsibility for delivering effective recruitment services solutions to our clients in US/UK markets
  • Lead, motivate and manage staff to deliver on the Service Level Agreements (SLA) with clients
  • Resolve client issues in a timely manner with tact and diplomacy
  • Responsible for proactively accessing the client requirements and acting on same to deliver unmatched experience
  • Monitor and drive PnL for recruitment business with your clients
  • Review key performance indicators (KPIs) and convey necessary actions if needed
  • Meet with clients on a regular basis to get feedback and monitor satisfaction levels
  • Take ownership for creating a progressive open and feedback culture by managing the performance and development of other team members
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Qualifications and Competencies

  • Extensive client management/sales/Account management experience
  • Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of managing people
  • Above-average ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • High on attitude aptitude
  • 3+ years customer services experience
