To lead, plan and manage all operational/sales activities associated with recruitment service handling in line with our procedures, policies and brand values.
Job Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for delivering effective recruitment services solutions to our clients in US/UK markets
- Lead, motivate and manage staff to deliver on the Service Level Agreements (SLA) with clients
- Resolve client issues in a timely manner with tact and diplomacy
- Responsible for proactively accessing the client requirements and acting on same to deliver unmatched experience
- Monitor and drive PnL for recruitment business with your clients
- Review key performance indicators (KPIs) and convey necessary actions if needed
- Meet with clients on a regular basis to get feedback and monitor satisfaction levels
- Take ownership for creating a progressive open and feedback culture by managing the performance and development of other team members
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Qualifications and Competencies
- Extensive client management/sales/Account management experience
- Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of managing people
- Above-average ability to work under pressure
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High on attitude aptitude
- 3+ years customer services experience
