You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements. The ideal candidate will be apt in building strong relationships with strategic customers. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Farming and Hunting for large automation projects in Banking industry.
- Having sound technical knowledge of industrial automation, surveillance and IOT in Banking.
- Gathering intelligence around automation in industries using IOT, RFID products and pitching the solutions to key customers.
- Identify gaps in industry and provide suitable solution/product offering.
- Evaluates customer preferences, pricing, product terms and conditions to ensure that client requirements are met; gather and analyse data regarding competitor pricing and products.
- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Assess customer and market trends and provides timely and accurate revenue forecasting.
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
- Drive accelerated revenue growth by understanding our offering in IOT and automation and thereby identifying potential markets for new and existing products and services in accounts.
- Provide face leadership into the accounts on delivery of new propositions, products and services and work towards the company goals to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
- Represents Company on various forums.
- Develop good relationship with clients by regular meetings.
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
- Responsible for Lead generation.
- Responsible for promoting/selling offshore based IT services and solutions.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
