The Key Account Manager (HORECA) develops yearly a sales plan in cooperation with the HOD in line with the business strategy.
He/She acquires new customers and develops existing national hotels and other hospitality/foodservice chains by:
- Ensuring achievement of agreed targets/KPI's.
- Identifying sales opportunities within designated territory
- Cold calling and visiting of selected prospects.
- Increasing business with existing key accounts.
Understand all the prospects needs, problems to overcome obstacles by
- a. Providing Food Solution to the prospects.
- Conduction application training
