Key Account Manager / Executive

GLR Laboratories is a contract research organisation working with several international medical device companies. GLR is based in Madhavaram, Chennai. We have an opening for Key Account Manager/Executive who will be a single point of contact with key clients. We are looking for a dynamic person with excellent communication and project management skills. Responsibilities: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. Serving as the primary point of contact between key clients and internal teams. Acquiring a comprehensive understanding of key customer needs, requirements, and complaints. Sharing reports and other responses with clients in a timely manner. Requirements: Excellent communication skills. Any science degree with MBA is preferable. Proven experience in key account management is highly preferable. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications. The ability to build rapport with key clients.
