Responsibilities:
- End-to-end online channel handling (Ecommerce / Website)
- Liaising with client counterparts for the respective channel
- Own PnL for the channels and built sustainable growth plans
- Ensuring platform hygiene
- Creating and maintaining rich content for products, ensuring reviews & ratings on the listings, etc.
- Design and implement strategy to increase traffic on product page and track competition
- Leveraging platform's marketing tools to plan marketing activation's & optimise ROI for spends basis impressions, CTR and conversions
- Designing and executing specific promotions & offers on the platform
- Building & executing growth strategies on the platform
- Build cross-functional partnerships internally with operations, supply chain, logistics and brand for effective deployment of plans
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/PG degree or equivalent experience
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
Requirements:
- Experience in E-commerce is preferable
- Experience with E-commerce marketing and digital sales drivers will be an added advantage
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc).
