We are urgently hiring for Account Managers to manage our E-commerce portfolio of Marketplaces. The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketplace strategies across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, JioMart, Tata Cliq other B2C marketplaces including D2C web portals
- Inventory replenishment on marketplaces based on realistic sales data and ensuring regionalization of inventory and faster delivery to customer and maximize order.
- Drive revenue growth and market share expansion on key platforms, with a primary focus on scaling Amazon operations to the next level.
- Optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions to maximize visibility, rating & ranking and sales performance.
- Monitor and analyze marketplace metrics and trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Manage effective monitoring of advertisement on relevant marketplaces and ensure sales growth and ROAS in coordination with agency and marketing team.
- Manage relationships with marketplace partners, negotiate terms, and resolve operational issues.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and support for marketplace initiatives
- Develop a long term focused outright business model with marketplaces and scale sales performance with concentrated on operation and cataloguing.
Skills & Qualifications required:
- Preferably 6-7 years of experience in managing marketplace operations, with a strong focus on Amazon & Flipkart.
- Demonstrated success in driving significant revenue growth and expanding market share within the e-commerce industry.
- Experience working with diverse B2C marketplaces such as Flipkart, JioMart, Tata Cliq, Nykaa, Myntra and other marketplaces is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with the nuances of the Indian e-commerce market and an understanding of regional consumer preferences and behaviors would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in using marketplace management tools such as Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and JioMart Seller Dashboard etc.
- Certification or extensive experience with Amazon Marketplace Advertising and Sponsored Products.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools like Google Analytics or similar platforms to track and analyze marketplace performance metrics.
- Exposure to inventory management systems and ERP & SAP software for seamless integration with marketplace operations would be beneficial.
- Exposure to Marketplace OMS & IMS aggregators like Unicommerce/Vinculum will be an added advantage.
Expected Salary: 12 Lacs per annum
