Position Overview

The Senior Client Servicing at our creative agency is a senior-level role responsible for nurturing client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving creative solutions that align with clients goals. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of creative services and the ability to lead a team in delivering innovative and impactful solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact for all creative needs.

- Regularly engage with clients to understand their brand, vision, and objectives, ensuring we meet and exceed their expectations.

2. Creative Strategy and Planning

- Collaborate with clients to develop creative strategies that align with their marketing and branding objectives.

- Work closely with the creative team to conceptualize innovative ideas and solutions that resonate with clients target audiences.

3. Team Leadership

- Lead and mentor a team of creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

- Provide guidance on creative direction, ensuring that the team delivers high-quality work that meets clients needs.

4. Service Delivery and Project Management

- Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial client briefing to final delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

- Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively address issues to ensure smooth project execution.

5. Communication and Presentation

- Effectively communicate creative concepts, strategies, and project updates to clients in a compelling and engaging manner.

- Present ideas and solutions to clients, incorporating their feedback and insights into the creative process.

6. Cross-functional Collaboration

- Collaborate with the creative, design, and production teams to ensure that creative output aligns with clients needs and expectations.

- Work closely with the business development team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client relationships.

7. Innovation and Trends

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices to drive innovation within the agency's services.

8. Performance Analysis and Improvement

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client satisfaction, project success, and revenue growth.

- Analyze project outcomes and client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.

- 2-4 years of experience in a creative agency or related industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a client-facing role.

- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and leading creative projects to successful outcomes.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Strong understanding of creative processes, design principles, and branding strategies.

- Proficiency in project management tools, CRM software, and relevant design software.

- Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide creative teams.

- Strategic mindset with the ability to align creative solutions with clients business objectives.

- Creative and analytical thinking to solve complex client challenges.

- Portfolio of successful creative projects and campaigns is a plus.
