Drive & support the account management function for the designated client/s that includes but not limited to client's; monthly revenue target, campaign planning & roll outs, query/call/s handling, scheduled reach-out/calls to clients, invoicing, payments, dashboards
Co-ordinate directly with client's key SPOC's on regular basis to understand the exact requirement/s and plan all the necessary steps to ensure smooth execution as per defined SOP's
Coordinate with a campaign management team for smooth execution of client's campaigns
Make sure that the Ops team is regularly onboarding relevant set of influencers as per client's brief
Make sure that all internal & external trackers are regularly updated in the client's template
Work on media plan (google sheet/excel) and deck (canva) as per clients brief and present the same as per the requirement
Brainstorm a creative strategy and coordinate with the creative agency to get the creative routes, treatment notes, scripts and final content
Create SOP's for all important processes specifically pertaining to the account management & campaign execution function
Efficient coordination & team work with internal & external stakeholders and other colleagues.
Ensure that the management dashboards are maintained & implemented as per SOP
Escalate irregularities & inefficiencies in the role, function, department and company to the management as & when.
Good account management & execution skills and ability to implement campaigns as per defined SOP's.
Work in the individual capacity and also channelize campaign management and Ops team towards the successful execution of campaigns as per clients marketing goals and KPI's
Be aware of the digital ecosystem and constant knowledge update with digital advertising ecosystem
Good communication skills and ability to negotiate well.
