Job Opportunity: Key Account Manager
We're looking for a dynamic and proactive Key Account Manager to join our team at Cleartrip. As a Key Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and nurturing strong relationships with our hotel key partners. You'll be responsible for understanding their needs, objectives, and challenges, and acting as the primary point of contact to build trust through regular communication and proactive engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Hotel key partners by understanding their needs, objectives, and challenges. Act as the primary point of contact and build trust through regular communication and proactive engagement.
- Efficiently resolve customer service escalations related to the managed chains portfolio.
- Identify opportunities for partners by promoting new products or services that will help improve Cleartrip's business and drive revenue growth.
- Help identify new potential partners, negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service-level agreements. Ensure that existing contracts are accurately documented, reviewed, and executed in a timely manner.
- Work closely with internal teams and collaborate during individual and team projects.
- Ensure that clients derive value from products or services and achieve their desired outcomes. Provide ongoing support, address issues or concerns promptly.
