Manager - Business Development (Key Accounts), Gurgaon
You are Responsible for
- As an Account Manager at Cleartrip, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key hotel partners. Understand their needs, preferences, and challenges to provide tailored solutions and excellent service.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and introducing new products or services to key accounts. Develop strategies to maximize revenue from existing clients. Develop account plans outlining goals, strategies, and action steps to achieve targets and objectives for each key account
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during negotiations or throughout the partnership
- Analyze data related to key accounts, market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and make informed decisions. Use data insights to drive business strategies and initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, product development, and customer support to align strategies, address client needs, and deliver exceptional service.
- Effectively communicate with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Identify and resolve issues or challenges impacting key accounts promptly. Act as a primary point of contact for escalations and work to find solutions that meet client expectations.
To succeed in this role you should have the following
- 4-9 years of relevant industry experience. Proven experience in key account management, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong consulting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or related field
