Job Description. Develop and implement strategic annual plans to drive sell-through and sell-out for our distributor's e-commerce partners
Build and maintain strong relationships with accounts and the distributor and acting as the primary point of contact for all business-related matters
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure alignment on objectives and strategies
Work with the distributor on forecasts and projections for sell-in, sell-thru and sell-out
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities and develop actionable insights
Prepare and deliver regular business reviews to accounts, highlighting performance metrics, trends, and opportunities for improvement
Support negotiations with the distributor and resellers to maximize profitability and ensure mutual success
Support distributor and reseller in Annual promotion planning and execution to maximize returns
Monitor inventory levels with the distributor and their resellers and track Weeks of Inventory to identifying potential risks and opportunities for optimization
Provide timely and accurate forecasts and reports to management, detailing distributors sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
Stay informed about industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance our approach to account management
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to promote our products and services
