Responsibilities
- Operate as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders
- Develop a trusted advisory relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders and internal partners, Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention
- Prepare and guarantee monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Customer calls, WhatsApp, emails - new leads and renewal
- Plan and organize batches and assist with customer interaction
- Find the right partners and collaborators, Work on the referral program
- Work on school emails/messages - occasionally going and visiting schools to fix meetings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
