Roles and Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Building: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, inquiries, and concerns.
Account Management: Ensure client accounts are well-maintained and compliant with company policies and standards.
Conflict Resolution: Knowing how to de-escalate conflicts and find mutually beneficial solutions is valuable in maintaining customer relationships.
Interpersonal Skills: Building and nurturing relationships with customers and collaborating with colleagues require strong interpersonal skills.
Teamwork: Collaborating with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and support, to ensure a consistent customer experience is important.
Data Analysis: Use data and analytics to track client satisfaction, accounts, performance, and other key metrics.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree is mandatory.
2 to 6 years of experience in client relationship/Key accounts management or a related field.
Hands-on experience in upselling and post-sales service.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in using various tools.
Sales and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of the industry or market in which the company operates.
The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
English, Hindi and Kannada will be preferred.
