Job Role and responsibilities:
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Manage the end-to-end shipments for a customer from quotation to final delivery.
Partner with the sales and pricing team to generate the RFQ for all enquiry and follow up on all offers quoted
Maintaining customer relations to meet performance and service targets
Start, grow and cultivate, profitable and long term strong client relationships
Ensuring complete and effective billing, collection process for the assigned/ developed customer accounts.
Overall responsibility of customer retention and contract renewals of customers handled by the team
Reporting / Escalation in a way to meet Customers and 20Cube expectations
Preparation of MIS, SOP and Quotations.
Skills :
Strong Ocean Air freight operational knowledge to meet KPI
Team Player
Ability to work unsupervised and alone, and ability to adapt of immediate change
Excellent knowledge of freight forwarding with proven track record in industry.
Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skill to effectively interact with the customer
Pro activeness and resolution management
Good judgment skills and ability to make decisions and escalate issues
Excellent written verbal communication skills
Experience- Minimum 5 years of experience
