- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
- Understanding client needs and proposing solutions/products to meet them.
- Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients.
- Collaborating with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitoring account performance and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Resolving client issues and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to inform account strategies.
- Reporting on key metrics and performance indicators to management.
- Developing and executing account plans to achieve sales targets.
- Providing excellent customer service and acting as a liaison between clients and the company.
