Job Description

A Key Account Executive typically manages key client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth. Responsibilities may include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.

  • Understanding client needs and proposing solutions/products to meet them.

  • Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients.

  • Collaborating with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Monitoring account performance and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

  • Resolving client issues and addressing concerns in a timely manner.

  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to inform account strategies.

  • Reporting on key metrics and performance indicators to management.

  • Developing and executing account plans to achieve sales targets.

  • Providing excellent customer service and acting as a liaison between clients and the company.

    Salary range of 3 to 5 LPA
