1) Promotion Planning Execution.
- Execute promotional plan & product listings.
Respond to customer enquiries- Sell in assigned promotions and propose customize promotional activities.
Monitor and report on post-execution to ensure objectives are met.
- Prepare strong selling stories based on inputs from Marketing, Category Marketing and Key Account teams to influence business improvements with all customers.
2) Customer Relationship Building.
- Maintain & retain long-term customer relationship with established customers.
Interact in a timely & satisfactory manner with all customers.
3) Merchandising- Maximize merchandising & shelf presence, securing 2nd display as required & ensuring planograms are adhered to with the right SKU.
Support all merchandising efforts by identification of display locations, liaison with product consultants and merchandisers, and helping with block display or merchandising efforts.
4) Collection
- Ensure collection and aging are up to date for the assigned accounts.
5) Product & Market Knowledge
- Apply detailed product knowledge and thorough knowledge of customers business and processes.
Build market knowledge continuously and refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to the company.
Experience in FMCG / retail industry is preferable.- Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia (oral and written); and able to speak and write in Mandarin is a plus.
- Possess driving license and own transport. Self-discipline & willing to travel.
Ability to multi-task, prioritizes and manages time effectively.- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Pay: RM2,- 00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay: - 13th month salary
