Job Description

Join Good Barrel Distillery Private Limited, a leading brand in the alcohol beverage industry, known for their premium craft-rum brand i.e Rock Paper Rum, also seen on Shark Tank India, Season 3. They have recently also launched their new coffee brand i.e Rock Paper Coffee as a part of their growing beverage portfolio.

As an early team member, you'll work closely with the founders who have global experience and have been part of multi-billion dollar start-ups. We're looking for an all-rounder to help us build the brand and grow alongside the company.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Executive who can increase brand awareness through social media initiatives and lead offline plus on-trade marketing to help build customer loyalty. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the industry, including market trends, consumer behavior, competitive landscape and regulatory requirements.

Role:

Play a key role for expansion of Rock Paper Rum in the Mumbai Market.

Responsible for Secondary & Territory Sales, WOD, Trade Promotion at On-Trade

Must have a sound understanding of the Ops and General execution in an alcohol company

Willingness to work in bars and events space.

Drive new listings, improve visibility display positioning of the GBDPL portfolio in the On-Premise channel in line with set targets.

Effectively negotiate activations and consumer events and promotions and On-Premise displays to increase sales and visibility of GBDPL brands.

Regularly conduct Bar-audits to study market share movements and track market share.

Concentrate on strong tracks for volume growth & weak tracks to build brand image & generate growth.

Design and execute volume scheme and special offer to achieve short term & long-term volume objectives and increase trade advocacy & increase share in state / territory.

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in On Trade Sales(Liquor/FMCG) in the Mumbai Market.

Being able to execute on partnership opportunities.

Willingness to hustle and get things done.

Someone who wants to grow into a leadership role at the company and build a team around them as the company grows

Experience with liquor brands is important, Experience in the beverage industry is a nice to have
