-Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
-Manage end to end operations for existing and new key account(s) and ensure client metrics achievement
-Work with senior team members to identify and manage opportunities as well as risks in running client operations
-Build very strong relationships within client management teams and local hubs/warehouses/dark stores
-Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support for all operational and account related problems
-Coordinate with central operations and ground supply team to increase client NPS
-Following up extensively new clients trial and ensure its success
-This job may require extensive travel
Expectations/Requirements:-
-Bachelors degree
-Highly efficient in excel, powerpoint and word
-Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients
-Prior sales & account management experience is a must
-Excellent written and verbal communication
-Persuasive and goal-oriented
