Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
To manage good relationship with MKA customers.To resolve issues within TAT.To establish perfomance of vehicle among MKA customers.To analyse the technical complaints of the vehicle in the field.Coordinate to rectify defects in vehicles / overhaul aggregates with other zone/ dealer.Feed back on companys Service.Warranty/ Goodwill request to raise in specifc product concerns.Product issues to highlight to reporting manager if specific to perticular customer.Ensuring uptime gauranty.Fixed cycle visit to MKA with data on vehicle performance, B/D Analysis.Training to fleet manager and driver training.Arranging service check up camp.Update to customers on Policy change or current service policy.Update on new initative of the company like Mcover, Mashery, RECON etc.Update on new /upcoming product range to the customer

Diploma in Engineering; Bachelor of Engineering; Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical
General Experience
BE - 3- 8 yrs, DME - 4 to 12yrs
