Job Description

  • Identify New Business Opportunities For Onboarding New
  • Customers for various Leap Offerings considering customer
  • Pain points and need
  • Managing overall Sales funnel (S0-S4): Generating Leads,
  • Managing conversion, health ageing of the sales pipeline
  • Managing Key Accounts - Developing them For achieving
  • target Service Product Revenue along with sustained
  • Profitability
  • Developing Relationships with the Key Accounts ( Existing
  • And New) to ensure business continuity
  • Develop, Maintain and Manage the service level (Manpower
  • Equipment) of Leap offering by ensuring Governance
  • Coach Train the FTE for Service quality, adherence to
  • Apollo Safety guidelines, soft skills
  • Responsible for coordinating successful on-ground
  • implementation of service offerings in the assigned fleets
  • Liaise with the multiple operational stakeholders (Field
  • team/ Equipment provider/ Manpower provider etc..) to
  • ensure execution as per the SOP predefined timeline
  • Enhance workflows to enable a customer-centric business
  • approach to business
