Role Purpose: As the Key Account Manager Lead, you'll be at the forefront of our e-commerce strategy, responsible for developing and executing ambitious growth plans. Your leadership will ensure our brand's strong presence and profitability across major e-commerce channels.
Key responsibilities:
P&L Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth plans for key e-commerce platforms (Amazon/ Flipkart), overseeing overall business delivery.
- Manage channel marketing, visibility, and consumer promotion budgets to ensure channel profitability.
Visibility Metrics
- Maintain catalog accuracy and inventory levels to ensure comprehensive brand representation
- Drive content innovation to enhance organic reach
- Ensure brand visibility in key marketplace events and properties
Operational Metrics
- Ensure consistent replication across multiple warehouse locations
- Coordinate supply chain functions to maximize stock availability
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with marketplace teams, internal brand and category teams, supply chain teams, and other stakeholders to drive brand growth and sales
People Management
- Foster a supportive and collaborative environment, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities for team members
- Hire and build a passionate, self-driven team to sustainably and profitably grow the e-commerce business
What we are looking for
- MBA from a reputed institute, with minimum 5 years experience in sales/ecommerce roles/ consulting with P&L responsibility
- Prior ecommerce marketplace management experience is a must
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and work in high-pressure situations
- A passion for numbers
- Top notch problem-solving skills
- Excellent planning skills, analytical ability and lateral thinking ability
- Great at managing relationships, leading teams and working with multiple stakeholders
