Role TL;DR We create visual content for brands and need you to support our team of creatives to create some kick-ass content. You will be editing the stunning visual content required by clients - popularly known as, personal branding videos and executing the ideas for said videos with our in-house creative team consisting of 2 Creative Producers, a Scriptwriter/Researcher, and the Founder. Eventually, youll also be involved in producing some ingenious in-house content thatll have you experimenting with your visual style and ideas.

Your typical JD checklist

1. Location - 2nd Floor, IWWA Building, 7th Main Rd, Stage 2, BTM Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560076
2. Work Timings - 12 AM to 9 PM: Monday to Friday
3. CTC - 4.2-4.8 LPA (35k-40k/month). Specifics will depend on experience and skills
4. Experience - 6 months - 2 years, in any creative industry
5. Reporting To - Rashmi Kishore, Sr. Creative Producer, Matar Media
6. Number of positions- 3

What will your day-to-day work look like

• Create and edit video content with VFX, Motion Graphics, and Animation
• Ability to understand client requirements and work according to the needs of the project
• Ability to execute projects with attention to detail on deadline-driven timelines
• Work closely with social media strategist, production team, and project managers for projects
• Shooting and Editing in-house content like after-movies, showreels, etc. under the guidance of the Senior Video Editor
• Use a Content Management System to curate content and have a standard database

Skills required for the role from you:

• Proficient in using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Equivalent
• Proficient with software like Adobe After Effects and other relevant software for VFX, Motion Graphics, Animation
• Understanding and proven experience of editing viral Instagram reels. A major plus if its for an influencer/your/a founders personal brand!
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Audition
• 6 months - 2 years of experience in video editing
• A solid portfolio and show-reel of previous projects
