A Hybrid working model

Now offices are fully open we have embraced a hybrid working model, which allows our employees to split their time between the office and other locations, something we hope will provide everyone much more flexibility to their working week. The expectation is that working life at Hogarth will involve working from the office for about 50% of the time for most people. What does a Recruiter do at Hogarth

The Talent Partner will need to be someone who is comfortable in an all hands-on deck environment. This role is all about bringing on the smartest folks, maintaining our culture as we grow, and running an efficient process to keep it moving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resourcing at all levels, recruiting appropriately skilled staff for the variety of roles across full-time and freelance.
  • First interviewer for all candidates, sourcing, shortlisting, and recommending candidates for second stage interview with Line Managers
  • Coordinate interview schedules and testing follow-up
  • Working closely with the HR department to coordinate contracts, visas and start dates.
  • Constantly identify new and creative sourcing methodologies in order to ensure an ongoing pipeline of potential freelancers
  • Database management for candidates and agencies, maintaining integrity of data systems
  • Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and staff at all levels of the business.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Hogarth California with candidates

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years experience in technical recruiting
  • Organized and structured approach so that all levels of the recruitment process are recorded effectively, providing confidence to hiring managers and candidates.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, dealing with a high volume of resumes, roles and candidate correspondence.
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System, preferably Greenhouse.
  • Skilled interviewer, experienced at competency and behavioural based interviewing.
  • Highly driven and focused with high energy levels.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills demonstrable evidence that you can build relationships at all levels of the business, be trusted and known to always act with integrity.
  • Adeptness to change and the ability to work through ambiguous situations and shifting priorities.
  • Proactive nature to provide recommendations to improve processes relating to the delivery of recruitment services to the business.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and computer system skills.
