Job Summary:

The Junior Manager - Social Media Marketing will assist in content creation, campaign planning and execution, set visits, and internal coordination. This role requires a proactive individual with at least 2 years of experience in social media marketing, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of social media trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

oAssist in creating engaging content for various social media platforms.

oCollaborate with the design and writing teams to produce high-quality posts.

Campaign Planning and Execution:

oSupport the planning and execution of social media campaigns.

oMonitor campaign performance and suggest improvements for optimization.

Set Visits:

oAttend set visits to capture behind-the-scenes content and real-time updates for social media.

oCoordinate with production teams to ensure smooth content capture and distribution.

Internal Coordination:

oWork closely with internal teams to ensure all content aligns with brand standards and marketing objectives.

oAssist in maintaining a content calendar and scheduling posts.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media marketing.

Proficiency in Marathi communication and a strong cultural sense.

Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media best practices.

Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics tools.

Creative thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Experience with content creation, including graphics, video, and copywriting.
