- Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products by performing day-to-day administration, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Participating in requirements gathering meetings with internal stakeholders and document business requirements.
- Configuring the Salesforce user interface, data model, and declarative automation to fulfill business requirements.
- Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, and groups to ensure appropriate user access.
- Creating and updating reports and dashboards for business stakeholders.
- Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.
- Creating training documents and provide Salesforce training and support to internal stakeholders.
- Working in an agile and dynamic environment to facilitate timely responses to changing project requirements.
- Documenting processes and technical solutions.
Key Experiences & Skills:
- 1+ years of professional experience as an administrator on the Salesforce platform
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience with declarative, point-and-click configuration on the Salesforce platform, including automation tools
- Experience with creating reports and dashboards to aggregate and analyze data.
- Experience with data migration and manipulation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across different functional units.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organization and project management skills.
- Experience working in global, multicultural settings across multiple time zones
