We are looking for an active, self driven Jr. Sales Manager which will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and assisting in the achievement of sales targets. This position involves a combination of sales activities, team coordination, and customer/clients relationship management.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in identifying potential sales opportunities and leads.
Conduct market research to identify new clients, competitors, and customer preferences.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide proper product information.
Assist in preparing sales contracts, quotations, and proposals.
Coordinate with Management/Senior sales managers and team members to develop and execute sales strategies.
Monitor the progress of sales team members and provide support as needed.
Assist in setting sales targets and performance goals for the team.
Ensure effective communication and coordination within the sales team.
- Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
Follow up with customers to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
Keep records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Prepare and analyze sales reports to track progress towards sales targets.
Provide regular updates on sales performance to management.
Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance sales processes.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.
Gather and analyze data to identify opportunities for business growth.
Assist in developing strategies to expand the customer base and increase market share.
Qualification
Candidate should be a BE. Electrical.
Proven experience in sales or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Sales software (Sales Force) and CRM tools.
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.
