Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Sales Manager at Homes247.in in Bengaluru. The Junior Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, generating leads, building client relationships, and assisting in property transactions. They will also collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to business growth.

Qualifications

  • Sales Management, Lead Generation, and Client Relationship skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Team collaboration and target-driven mindset
  • Customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in real estate sales or property management is a plus
  • 1 - 3 years experience in Sales (preferred)
  • Pay scale - Up to 4 LPA - 5 LPA fixed salary with Incentives
