Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Sales Manager at Homes247.in. As a Junior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting new clients, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and maintaining customer relationships. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth. This role is based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales or a related field
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field
