Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at TS Nirman- Home Builders in Lucknow. The Sales Executive will be responsible for handling medium to big size projects, coordinating specialist trades, and providing project management services for both government and private clients. Daily tasks include managing client relationships, promoting services, preparing proposals, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Sales, Negotiation, and Communication skills
  • Client Relationship Management and Business Development skills
  • Experience in the real estate or construction industry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of property management services and project coordination
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Salary

10k-12k per month
