Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive/Telecaller to join our ins sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential clients. The role involves a combination of outbound calls and managing inbound inquiries. The primary objective is to achieve sales targets while providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads or databases.
- Communicate effectively to understand clients insurance needs and offer suitable products.
Build rapport with clients to understand their financial goals and concerns.- Customize insurance solutions to meet individual client requirements.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address client inquiries and objections.
- Follow up on leads and quotes to close sales and achieve monthly targets.
Document all client interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions accurately in the CRM system.- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
