As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of our client's revenue management platform within the independent hotel sector. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage with potential clients, showcase the value of our client's solution, and secure new partnerships. Your enthusiasm, sales acumen, and ability to forge strong relationships will be instrumental in fuelling our client's growth and expanding their customer base.
Job responsibilities :
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify and target independent hotels as
potential customers.
Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including online research, networking
events, referrals, and industry partnerships.
Conduct in-depth consultations and product demonstrations to effectively communicate the
benefits and ROI of our revenue management platform.
Collaborate closely with our client's marketing and customer success teams to nurture leads
and facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the
hospitality industry.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing directly to the company's growth
trajectory.
Job requirements :
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the hospitality or SaaS industry.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex
concepts and solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
A target-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding goals and driving results.
Strong business acumen and the ability to understand clients pain points and tailor solutions
to their specific needs.
Self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Exceptional relationship-building skills with a knack for developing trust and rapport with
clients.
Familiarity with revenue management or hotel operations is a plus, but not mandatory.
