J.K. International Traders is a trading company having its grip and presence in African and Middle Eastern countries since the last three decades. It deals in multiple product categories and has a vast portfolio of products.

Name Of the Profile: Sales Coordinator - Junior/Entry Level

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in BMS, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field, Extremely good educational background, from a reputed and universityExperience Required: 0 - 3 Year of experience in sales coordination and customer servicing, Freshers preferred

Job Type: Full time - 10 am - 7 pm, Mon - Sat. Sundays off

Salary: 1,56,000 - 300,000 per year

Job Location: Giriraj Industrial Estate, Mahakali Caves Road, Chakala, Andheri East, Mumbai - 400093

Languages: English - Fluent, Hindi, Preferable if you can speak/write/read - French/Arabic (Not just school level basics)

Job Responsibilities:
  • Preparing Purchase Orders and Proforma Invoices and getting approvals
Being the Point of Contact for clients, Calling and following up, Developing and maintaining professional relationships with clients and stakeholders on behalf of the company
  • Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing them
Full order cycle management - Check complete order details for packaging, designs, shipment samples and dispatch of goods.
  • Check shipment samples as per client specifications and order for flavors, weight, expiry dates, manufacturing dates, taste, color, shape, etc.
Send booking to transporter, follow up with drivers for vehicle
  • Follow up with supplier for loading photos, quantity, tax invoices
Send details for export invoice
  • Send loading updates to client, get approval, track container
Follow up with clients for deposits, timely payments and account settlements, Telex process
  • Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently
Maintaining records as per company procedures in excel
  • Other follow ups with stakeholders as instructed
Send new clients introduction messages, company brief, understand requirements, send product photos and company offerings
  • Export related documentation work

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build professional relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Candidates living in closer proximity to office shall be preferred - Office located at Mahakali Caves Road, Near MIDC, Chakala, Andheri East.
