Develop and build strong, long term business relationship with new and existing customers to achieve sales target
Identify and develop sales opportunity
Prepare sales presentations, sales proposals and make response to customers Request for Quotations (RFQs)
Understand the market, trends, customers and competition
Offer technical support and expertise to customers
Gather and convey product issues and customers feedback to factory
Manage and handle promptly to customers negotiations and requests
Monitor and follow-up on customer payment, ensure healthy payment records by customers.
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
Promote and market on products and increase sales of existing product lines
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and provide necessary (new) product training to Sales Department
Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
Other duties or projects, as assigned by the management
Requirements
Education: Minimum Diploma/Degree or above in any discipline
Proven experience as a Sales or relevant role, preferable in industry/civil/construction/Estate sales
Excellent interpersonal and communications skill & thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Result-oriented, self-motivated, energetic and committed in fulfilling sales targets set by company
Well-versed in Microsoft Office (Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Word etc.)
Must able to travel anytime when requested
Class D Malaysia Driving Licenses
Preferably able to start work within short notice (2 week or shorter)
