We are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Associate to join our team, focusing on Digital Identity within the Route Mobile framework. This role is perfect for someone passionate about digital onboarding, risk management, and authentication in SaaS sales. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the existing West India sales team to engage new and existing customers, articulating the value of Telesign s Digital Identity Suite selling across all industries except BFSI in the West Region.
Main Responsibilities :
- Engage with customers to discuss common challenges related to risk, fraud, identity management, and onboarding.
- Utilize your understanding of digital account management to identify how our product offerings can address customer challenges.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team and customers, adapting your approach based on customer needs.
- Identify use cases and propose relevant Telesign solutions, knowing when our services may not be the right fit.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing insights and solutions in the digital identity space.
- Employ strategic thinking to identify customer use cases and leverage available data to enhance solutions for enterprise clients.
- Present effectively to key decision-makers, communicating the value of our Mobile Identity solutions.
- Foster collaborative relationships with sales leadership, managers, and team members across Route Mobile.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in sales within SaaS or tech companies; experience in mobile or digital identity is a plus.
- Comfortable discussing technical concepts as part of sales pitches and customer analyses.
- Strong communication skills in English, capable of engaging with both management and team members.
- Collaborative with strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating assertiveness when necessary.
- Solid analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Understanding of business and technology concepts.
- Willingness to travel within the region.
