Junior Sales and Marketing Associate

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Marketing & Sales Associate. The ideal candidate will be willing to learn on the go. This will be a great opportunity to work directly with founders and leaders; Help them market new products in the exciting Robotics and AI Industry in India and the International market. This role will have a specific opportunity to work on campaigns aiding in crowdfunding products.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue
• Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and customers
• Create and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media
• Collaborate with product development teams to ensure products are aligned with market needs
• Develop sales forecasts and budgets, and track and report on sales performance
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into marketing strategies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in an entrepreneurial environment preferred
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think creatively and strategically
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
