Essential qualification
As per CSIR guidelines for Research Schemes/Sponsored Schemes, CSIR-HRDG website: www.csirhrdg.res.in. MSc in Botany, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Environmental Science, Life Sciences or equivalent degree with 55% marks and passing of NET/GATE test.

The upper age limit is relaxable up to five years for SC/ST/OBC/ Women and Physically challenged candidates.

Rs. 37,000/- in First and Second Years
