Junior Research Associate (Robotics trainer)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the research and instructions in Robotics lab set up by the company inside of schools and colleges for students interested in Robotics, Coding, 3D Printing and the Internet of Things

The candidate should have excellent Critical and Analytical Reasoning skills and managing a variety of teams including projects and documentation

• Additionally, the candidate should be interested in teaching to school and college students

• CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

To collaborate with R and D department to create new technical course modules, related projects and course presentations

• To maintain a fully operational Robotics lab inside the schools and colleges and deliver practical classes to the students

To create the innovative projects in Robotics, Automation and the Internet of Things

• To conduct a local audit and research ensuring that the findings are correctly distributed and recommendations are implemented

• JOB DETAILS:

• Job type - Permanent, Regular and Full time

• Schedule - Morning shift or Day shift

• Work timing - 9 am to 5 pm

• Salary in Rupees - 1,80,000 - 2,40,000 per annum

• Supplemental pay - Performance Bonus and Yearly bonus

• REQUIREMENTS:

The candidate should have good knowledge in basic electronics and coding (CAD, Solid works and other designing tools are added advantage)

• Ability to commute or relocate to the relevant location whenever required

• Language - English proficiency is preferred

• Education - B.E., EEE / ECE / Mechatronics and M.Sc., Electronics (If expectations were met)

• Experience - 0 to 3 years (freshers also eligible)

• Location - Chennai, Pondicherry and Thiruvarur

• TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The candidate should be interested and passionate in teaching to school and college students and have to assist the students to do projects

• The candidate should work for a minimum of one year on contract basis. post release of contract, your originals should be returned to you

The candidate should ready to produce the original documents to the organisation until the end of the contract period
