Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
- Screening: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and evaluate candidates qualifications and fit for the roles.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities.
- Communication: Provide timely feedback to candidates and maintain effective communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks related to recruitment, including preparing job descriptions and posting job ads.
