The ideal candidate for us has:
Qualifications - Must possess a BS/BA degree from an accredited institution.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in tech recruitment, with an additional 2-3 years explicitly focused on Web3 recruitment and engineering/tech roles.
- Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Proven administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage tasks effectively across a distributed team.
- Have experience with outsourcing for candidates
