Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter at One Health Assist located in Mumbai. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill open positions within the company. The role involves conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish. The Recruiter will also be responsible for maintaining recruitment metrics, managing applicant tracking systems, and ensuring compliance with hiring laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience in healthcare recruitment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
