Position: Junior Candidate Recruiter with Administrative Duties

Location: Remote (India-based)

Salary: 30,000 - 40,000 INR Per Month + Incentives

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Candidate Recruiter to join our team. This remote role is perfect for someone looking to grow their career in recruitment while handling some administrative tasks. The primary focus of this role is on recruitment, with a portion dedicated to administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Duties:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles across different industries.
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with senior recruiters for further evaluation.
  • Manage job postings on various platforms and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Assist in developing job descriptions and specifications.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Administrative Duties:

  • Assist with scheduling interviews and meetings.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and records.
  • Handle correspondence and communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Support the recruitment team with various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Some experience in recruitment or a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS software.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
