This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Recruiter at Map-IT Solutions Group Inc in Vadodara. The Junior Recruiter will be responsible for targeting and engaging top IT talent, utilizing technical skills to find the best candidates, conducting verification and background checks, and facilitating an excellent screening process to avoid bad hires. Additionally, the Junior Recruiter will work closely with clients to understand their recruitment goals and help them achieve their objectives for growth and operational efficiency.

• Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Sourcing skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience in conducting verification and background checks
• Knowledge of IT industry trends and technologies
• Ability to understand client requirements and align them with candidate profiles
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Certification in HR or Recruitment would be beneficial
