We are seeking an ambitious Junior Recruiter based in Nandyal to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to supporting interview coordination. Please note: While this role is based in Nandyal, our primary office is located in Hyderabad. The position offers a work-from-home setup, with potential travel to Hyderabad for training or team meetings as required.

• Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including posting job openings and sourcing candidates.
• Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates based on role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tools.
• Communicate with candidates to provide updates on their application status.
• Support senior recruiters in managing client relationships and fulfilling hiring needs.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or similar roles; freshers with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Kannada is an advantage.
