Position Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our recruitment team. This role is ideal for individuals with some experience or training in human resources who are eager to further develop their recruitment skills while supporting the full-cycle hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing:

Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to identify qualified candidates.

Initial Screening:

Conduct preliminary screenings to assess candidates skills, experience, and alignment with job requirements.

Interview Coordination:

Schedule and organize interviews, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers.

Job Advertising:

Write and post job descriptions across multiple platforms to attract diverse and talented candidates.

Onboarding Assistance:

Support the onboarding process by ensuring new hires have all necessary documentation and information for a seamless transition.

Applicant Tracking:

Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate and organized candidate information.

Collaboration:

Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.

Market Research:

Analyze industry trends and competitor hiring practices to enhance recruitment strategies.

Candidate Engagement:

Communicate regularly with candidates to provide updates, answer questions, and maintain a positive hiring experience.

Continuous Improvement:

Contribute to improving recruitment processes and staying updated on best practices in the field.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR (internship experience is acceptable).
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the recruitment field.
