Salary Range: 2 LPA TO 3 LPA

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Junior Recruiter. The Junior Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, coordinating with hiring managers, managing the recruitment process, and maintaining candidate databases. They will also assist in managing job listings, conducting reference checks, and facilitating the onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Must have experience on Naukri portal.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to evaluate resumes and conduct interviews
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
• Understanding of employment laws and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
